Yes, I bought a giant letter B.
24 inches tall, 18 inches wide. It's an aluminum reflective highway sign. Yes, an actual highway sign piece like you see on the freeway. The seller says it's from the '70's but it's never been used. And now it's mine! Thinking I'm pretty crazy, right? Well here's my vision.
A wall of B's. I already have two smaller ones and I've been perusing the web & ebay auctions for more. I'm looking for an eclectic mix. Some new, some antique & vintage, a few colorful ones to pop in there . . . .I'm excited to see what I can find! Here's a few letters I've been looking at.
This yellow/black one is pretty cool - it's a giant letterpress wood-type letter.
The red one is a vintage marquee letter from a gas station. Maybe Shell?
We'll see how it all comes together and you can guarantee I'll be posting a pic when my wall is assembled.
