. . . for joy?
More like, jumping to get into mom's picture.
- set up about half of the christmas decorations today,
- hoping the tree goes up tomorrow,
- took the kids' jumbo stockings to have their names embroidered on them,
- downloaded a bunch of classic & fun Christmas songs from itunes to make a CD mix for the car (kids currently loving "The Chipmunk Song" by Alvin & the Chipmunks)
- loving the big ornaments above my kitchen island - stole the idea from here (then see what she did in january and march)
- received our first christmas card of the season in the mail today. Lisa is on the ball!
- had rent-a-center pick up the fridge we "rented" for 2 weeks to get us through thanksgiving. I know, it's pretty funny. But completely necessary and worth it. Let me paint you a picture: 3 costco pumpkin pies, a 21 pound turkey, and 6 bottles of Martinelli's . . . plus everything else needed for thanksgiving dinner and entertaining guests for 3 days.
