Anna and I are in California this weekend for my niece, Carlee's baptism.
Apparently we are also here to get Anna's puppy fix which has been adequately fed by 3 of my brothers who own dogs. We have made all 3 stops on our #AndersenDogTour. There was Chomper ( dachshund), Gingersnap (2 month old dachshund), and Missy (miniature Pinscher). I asked Anna which was her favorite and she replied, "all of them."
We do not have a dog, nor do we have plans to get one. But seeing Anna SO in love does make me waver . . . for a moment.
Tonight she wrote the following note:
Dear mom and dad,
Can we get a dog? I think it would change our lives. I would be glad to walk, train, and play with the dog. Could it be a girl, we could name it Sweetie. Please don't crush my hopes and dreams.
